A monitoring program installed into your computer will run 24/7 and monitor 67 different aspects of your computer system while the computer is in your home or business. Alerts will be sent to you by email once any possible computer problems are found. Thus you can take actions before they affect your normal computer use and prevent problems from getting worse.

Free In-Store Diagnoses and Estimates
NO CHARGE for in-store computer diagnoses and estimates for members, comparing with $30 cost for non-members. You save $30 per visit.
For those problems that cannot be solved over the internet, you can either bring in the computer to any of our stores or call to schedule an on-site service at a member-only discounted price.
Internet connection is required, High-Speed internet is strongly recommended.
Found your lost computer via tracking system
If your computer is stolen, after you notify us, we will start the asset tracking procedure. Once the lost computer is on-line, it will send us its IP address and we will be able to submit the information to law enforcement to get your computer back.
Gold Membership:
Before you become a Gold member, your computer has to be checked to ensure it is problem-free. Any problems found during the initial check must be repaired prior to the approval of any platinum service.
We will do an initial check and diagnosis for free. All problems found will be reported to you and the final estimate for the repair will be given at a discounted price. No job will be done without your permission.
Once the computer gets fixed, we will notify you and start the Gold service. In addition to all basic membership benefits, Gold members also can get the following benefits:

We will make sure OUR Leading Anti-virus/Spyware software is working and up-to-date. We will proactively monitor your computer for any viruses, spyware and mal-ware activities. We will remove them before they impair or damage your computer system.
If we cannot block it, we will fix it for FREE.
Fees and Regulations (per computer)
$34.99 monthly ($29.95 with auto-debit) - $300 annually –That’s $119.88 Discount
$40 initial setup fee. Could be waived if the customer signed up on the same day after receiving repair service or purchasing the computer from our store.
3. Data Security Service
Onsite Data Backup Service:
A Data Backup and Disaster Recovery System, which runs on your schedule, will be set up for your computer. All your important data will be backed up and can be restored at your request once data loss happens.
The Backup and Disaster Recovery System will be well monitored and maintained to insure that successful data backup happens on schedule. Any problems found will be recorded, reported and solved at no extra charge before they affect your data.
Fee and Regulation: $80 initial setup fee for on-site installation, $19.99 per month.
* - A NAS (network-attached storage) hard drive with a capacity 3 times bigger than the size of the data is required.
Offsite Data Backup Service:
When a flood, fire or burglary happens, only Offsite Backup can save you. By using our Off-site Backup Service, your data will be transferred to our off-site backup server through your high speed internet connection. So when disasters happen, we will have a safe copy for you.
The files or folders to be backed up need to be provided and documented. The Offsite Backup will be run every hour to minimize the possible data loss.
Fee and Regulation:
$80 initial setup fee; $9.99 per NAS Drive per month. Up to 2GB can be backed up, $1 /month/GB for data more than 2 GB. No limit and extra data charge for your own storage.
Membership Terms and Conditions:
§ Fees due at the start of membership.
§ Internet connection required, high speed internet is recommended.
§ Membership can be terminated by CTS or members at any time.
§ No refund for early termination after 90 days. Service time may be transferred to another computer with a $40 initial setup fee for the new computer.
§ Membership fee Auto Debit Discount: $5 off /month. If you select automatic debit feature with a credit card or bank card, you will receive $5 discount per month.
§ Prepay discount for reoccurring payments: 90 days: 5%; 180 days: 10%; 360 days: 20%.
§ Multiple computers discount: 20% off for extra computers in same household (behind same router).
